- candles
- bubble bath
- a towel, warm if possible
- bathrobe
- music
here’s how:
- Be sure the water isn’t too hot; it’s not good for your skin, not to mention the rest of you.
- There’s nothing more luxurious than a big fluffy warm towel. If you are lucky enough to have a warming bar, put it to work.
- Choose some of your favorite music. Arrange candles around the room.
- Turn on the water and pour in a generous amount of bubble bath and oils. Remember, not too hot.
- Light the candles that you’ve arranged, turn off the light and step in.
- Give yourself at least half an hour just to soak. Close your eyes and let all that tension just fade away.
- Okay, time’s up. Dry off and apply your favorite scented body powder.
tips:
- Bath oils can make the tub very slippery. Watch your step.
- Don’t lock the bathroom door. Accidents happen and you might need someone’s help quickly.
